If you come from Genova, La Spezia
Take highway A12 direction LA SPEZIA, PISA, LIVORNO, ROMA
until the end... exit ROSIGNANO
After the toll, you take direction VADA, CECINA with the toll free speedway
You take the first exit of Cecina, direction VOLTERRA (Note: after Ponteginori you do not take the road going left direction Montecatini Val di Cecina)
When you are in SALINE DI VOLTERRA, you take direction PONTEDERA, PISA (you do not go to Volterra)
After few kilometers you will see on the left a gas station AGIP, go ahead for 500 meters and then turn left direction MONTECATINI VAL DI CECINA... you will see the road panel showing Casa Vacanze Valle Dorata.
It is then 1 km further on the left... again you will see the road panel Casa Vacanze Valle Dorata/San Pietro.

If you come from Milano
Take highway A1 direction BOLOGNA
Go on direction FIRENZE then direction ROMA
Take exit FIRENZE SIGNA direction PISA - LIVORNO with the toll free speedway
On the speedway you take exit PONTEDERA
Follow direction VOLTERRA
you will go through the followin villages, PECCIOLI, LA ROSA, LA STERZA
After La Sterza, few kilometers, the road goes left to Volterra but you go straight direction SALINE DI VOLTERRA.
Few kilometers further you go right at the crossing to MONTECATINI VAL DI CECINA, you will see the road panel Casa Vacanze Valle Dorata.
It is then 1 km further on the left... again you will see the road panel Casa Vacanze Valle Dorata/San Pietro.
