The ancient Botruccio Farm is in Pomarance, (20 km from Volterra) in the heart of Tuscany, among green hills crossed by the Cecina river.
It has 3 typical and beautiful Tuscan apartments to rent. Both apartments, fully equipped, can accommodate up to 4-6 guests.

You can find pleasant corners to relax on the 12-acres land with olive grove and vineyard.
There is a swimming pool to cool off during hot summer days as well as in the winter (geo-thermal heated like the whole house)
Nadia will enchant you with her warm welcome and care during your stay. Dont miss her fabulous dinners, book at least once to taste Tuscan cuisine at its best.

Upon request you can have breakfast and dinner at your convenience.

Apartment "Fior da Liso"

1 double room, living-room with double sofa-bed, loft with 2 single beds, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Private panoramic terrace. This is the biggest apartment.

4 OTHER APARTMENTS AVAILABLE in AGRITURISMO IL TORRINO

These 4 apartments are located 800m away from Botruccio/Bellaria, they have 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen corner, bathroom with shower, and can accommodate up to 7 persons. They are equipped with all comfort, each one has its own character and private outdoor terrasse.

These apartments are under the same management as Botruccio/Bellaria, breakfast and half-board can be taken in Botruccio/Bellaria as well as the use of swimming pool.

From October to May : 500 Euro per week (except Easter period)
From June to September : 600 Euro per week

General conditions

During High season minimum weekly rent from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival time: between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.;
Departure time: before 10:00 a.m

PRICES 2010:

Price per day :
Only lodgingl: 35,00 € per person/day.
Bed and breakfast : 40,00 € per person/day.
Half-board: 60,00 € per person/day.
Children under 2 years are not charged.
Children between 2 and 10 years have a 50% reduction.

If you take a weekly rent, you always have the possibility to have breakfast and dinner whenever you choose to.

Price includes electricity, water, gas, bathroom and bedroom linen change.
Pets are not admitted.
